How do I determine how much CBD to take?

Unlike some medical supplements, CBD is not currently regulated by the FDA, so there’s no “one size fits all” dosage. The only exception to this is Epidiolex, a prescription oil used to treat epilepsy. Though it can be intimidating to try a supplement without a specified dosage, Roma Leaf provides guidelines to help you know where to start.

The correct dosage really depends on the person and the condition being treated. Some people will see results at a lower dosage than others.

It’s recommended to start with a small dose (20-40 mg daily) and if the desired effect doesn’t occur then gradually increase the dosage until you’re happy with the results. You can then continue using the smallest dose that you see positive results with.

Upping the dosage with CBD in oil form is simple: just increase the amount of drops. By using Roma Leaf oils and bath bombs, it’s easy to know how many milligrams of CBD you’re getting per dose.
